Teachers’ Domain Professional Development resources come from trusted public television producers. Our courses feature outstanding digital media from NOVA, Frontline and other PBS programming.

About Our Online Courses

Teachers' Domain is committed to providing teachers with a variety of professional development opportunities which are rigorous, inquiry-driven, and rooted in innovative classroom practices. Teachers’ Domain currently offers facilitated online courses, which can be customized and licensed by schools, districts, or states. Coming in Fall 2010, new self-paced modules, webinars, and other related professional development events will be available to K-12 teachers.

Inquiry and exploration drive the pedagogy of these professional development experiences. Teachers learn through inquiry, which they can use with their students after experiencing its impact on their own learning.

Digital video, interactive graphics, and other media from Teachers' Domain collections, deepen participants' content knowledge. These digital resources are available for ongoing classroom use with students.
