Course Objectives
- Develop content knowledge about how we
monitor weather patterns and climate change, and the extent to which
human activity may be inducing climate change

inquiry-based learning models
- Continue to explore
a media-rich learning environment to use with students
- Learn effective teaching methodologies,
strategies, and tools for use in teaching earth and space
science concepts
Course Syllabus
Session 1:
Weather
Participants investigate the causes of weather and
explore technological advances that help us monitor daily weather patterns.
Session 2:
Climate Change
Participants look at climate and consider whether human activity
is inducing climate change.
