Credits and CEUs

Teachers' Domain Professional Development course content is aligned with national and state standards, and course objectives are correlated to leading national teacher licensure assessments.

Educational institutions and organizations that license and deliver these courses may provide professional development credits to course participants, or may have relationships with institutions that do so.

CEUs

The number of continuing education credits teachers are eligible to receive depends upon the professional development program of each state. The formula for the number of CEUs may be determined based upon course contact hours. All 2-session courses are 15 contact hours and all survey courses are 45 contact hours. A certificate of completion will be provided.

Graduate Credits

Graduate credits may be available through our university partners for these courses, or from a university's school of education that delivers the courses. The full survey courses are designed to be the equivalent of three graduate level credits, and the 2-session courses one credit. Some university partners may require additional course work to obtain graduate credits. Please contact us for information regarding universities that offer these courses or are accredited university partners. It is recommended that interested teachers check a university's policies before registering for a course.
