Take a peek at the artistic side of science in this virtual exhibit, featuring work by Eva Sutton, Alexis Rockman and Sidney Harris.
 
When Rosalind Franklin took the first x-ray photograph of crystalline DNA in 1952, genetics revealed its artistic side. More recently, and especially since the start of the Human Genome Project in 1990, artists are turning to "all things genetic" as a source of inspiration. Featured here are three examples of contemporary gene-art.
